Towards this end, four data collection methods have been identified to collect both quantitative and qualitative data. Firstly, interviews will be conducted with selected project participants in order to collect their opinions about key aspects of the project, such as which information is missing or superfluous in the strategies adopted for encouraging participants.

The interviews will be guided structured question forms with all selected participants subjected to the same set of questions with opportunities for exploring emerging themes. This is important for discovering and exploring new themes relevant to the project. Secondly, questionnaires and surveys will be applied with closed-ended questions. This is important for exploring the quantitative effects of the project in terms of how the participants perceive the project and if it achieved the intended effects (Bauer, 2017). Thirdly, observations and review of medical records will be applied to evaluate the changes in number of persons who have had HPV vaccine as a result of the project. Finally, focus groups that have the participants discuss the different aspects of the project, their effects and areas that can be improved.
