do you wear a helmet |
Question |
|
I am an equestrian athlete, I should always wear a helmet….but my friends and I just don’t think it’s cool, you know? It doesn’t look as cute. But I don’t want that to mean my horse gets taken away. Riding is my life’s work! If I have to wear a helmet to stay with Sparkle, I swear I will! |

do you have difficulty with walking? |
Question |
|
Most regular activities can get uncomfy if I do them for long enough, you know? But after the fall, the pain was awful. Like really, really bad. It hurt to walk on my knee the day after that, which was yesterday. But before that I guess just walking like regular didn’t hurt at all. On a scale of a zero to ten with ten being the worst and zero being no pain, how bad is your pain? (Clarified to: Can you rate your current pain level on a scale of 0 to 10?) |
Question |
|
I’m not sure about a scale…but during regular day to day stuff it’s uncomfortable. After the fall though, it was terrible. My knee was really, really bad. Now, the pain even makes it hard to put on pants and riding boots, and a proper show rider should always be in proper riding clothes! Ms. Saint Germain, my riding instructor, has won show and jumping titles and you can get points off if you’re not very neat and tidy during jumps. (Clarified to: how I would rate my pain on a scale) |
