The MGH website has a Diabetes Self-Management Education and Support Program page that is presented as an outpatient program targeted at improvement knowledge and self-management competence for children, adults and seniors diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes or Type 2 diabetes. The page includes a link on how to access the education material with a reference form presented for adults and comic book presented for children. In addition, the page includes contact information for the parties responsible for managing the program, to include their addresses, telephone contacts and emails. In addition, the page includes a probe of the program to include its overview, conditions and diseases, locations and programs, resources, and frequently asked questions.
