Reconsideration of Ineligibility for Rehire.

Reconsideration of Ineligibility for Rehire.

Back in July of 2016, I began employment as a registered nurse with the organization: Children\’s Healthcare of Atlanta located at the Hughes Spalding campus location. As a new graduate nurse, I signed a nurse residency contract to work with the company for 2 years; if I did not finish my contract, I would be deemed ineligible for rehire with the orgnaization. I began in July 2016 and ultimately left the company prematurely in April 2018, just six months shy of my contract end date; I was then deemed ineligible for rehire. During that time, I was battling with some extenuating work conditions/personnel, and newly diagnosed with clincial depression and generalized anxiety disorder, prompting a premature decision to leave the hospital. My mental status was poorly controlled, as I was young and inexperienced with the nuiances of depression, ultimately making a decision that would affect my future here in Atlanta.Reconsideration of Ineligibility for Rehire.

I would like a persuasive essay to be written to the CEO of this organization, Miss Donna Hyland, to please reconsider rehiring me, as I made a huge mistake in leaving the organization. I have dreams and aspirations to work with this organization in the future and I miss working within the specialty of the pediatric ER. Since making this immature decision, my career has been in shambles, for I have found no other organization like that of Children\’s and I would like a formal review. Unfortunately, I do not have the necessary writing abilities to divulge my true feelings. I would love to give more details if you would have one of your writers reach out to me to discuss this essay.Reconsideration of Ineligibility for Rehire.

Reconsideration of Eligibility for Rehire Status
