Reflection of Lesson Plan Implementation.
The students were actively engaged during the lesson. This is because learners were alert and were always attentive. All students were actively taking notes during learning and at the same time, they would actively listen. No learner slept or chatted during the lesson. Throughout the lesson, learners would ask questions and seek clarification and respond to all posed questions. Evidence shows that engaged learners are likely to ask questions during learning, react, and respond to posed questions (Cooper et al., 2018).Reflection of Lesson Plan Implementation.

Changes made during Lesson Implementation
During the lesson, I did not make any major changes. However, I discovered that I used illustrations such as charts and photos related to the learning content. This helped learners retain the taught information because, at the end of the lesson, learners were able to remember the taught content. I did not use simulations and info-graphics during learning as planned.Reflection of Lesson Plan Implementation.
Necessary Refinements before Implementing this Lesson Again
Before implementing this lesson again, I would ensure that I integrate group learning as part of the teaching strategy during the lesson. This is because group discussion forums among students have been shown to promote critical thinking and interactions among learners. Additionally, learners get to share ideas during group discussions and hence learn from each other (Cathy & Cathy, 2016). I would also use simulation exercises to encourage learners to practically perform the roles being taught. This would allow learners to acquire the target skills and learning objectives (Haukedal et al., 2018).Reflection of Lesson Plan Implementation.
What Went Well
During the lesson, I gave students exercises and they all actively participated. The interactions, active participation, and laughter gave me confidence that learning was taking place and that I was under the control of the class. This experience taught me that in the future I need to use more open teaching styles and be flexible (Naidu, 2019). Changes can be essential in the best lesson plans.Reflection of Lesson Plan Implementation.
