In his article, Skiba (2017) discusses the importance of integrating Health Care Information services in healthcare service delivery. The purpose of this is to help in data retrieval retrieved and analysis to monitor care delivery.  The study also notes that health facilities should employ data to monitor performance as well as the population health parameters.
